The long-rumored and much-coveted (at least by California scooterists with taste) Stella 4-stroke model from Genuine Scooters is finally making its way to California. At $3,599 (MSRP), this well-known and long-proven Vespa PX 150 clone is priced right, comes in 5 choices of colors, white wall tires and is rumored to actually be quicker than the 2-stroke version. All that, and it get’s an EPA estimated 140 mpg! This will take some serious soul searching to hold back from making one mine, especially the green one:
